Quick Start (First 10 Minutes)

Get first access and understand what to open first.

  1. Open the login page and enter your work email.
  2. Click Send magic link and use the latest email link.
  3. Start on Dashboard for daily context.
  4. Open Approvals to clear decisions waiting for you.
  5. Open Projects to review execution status and tasks.
  • Magic links are single-use
  • Expired links require resend
  • Suspended or deactivated accounts cannot log in

Roles and Access

Visibility and actions are role-based and strictly enforced.

  • Team members see only modules and records tied to their assigned duties
  • Managers get broader execution and approval coverage for assigned scope
  • Company admins can manage users, roles, duties, branding, and governance settings
  • If you cannot see a section, your account currently does not have that duty enabled

  4. Use the matching form in the module to capture values, with notes available for unstructured details.

Import Existing Data

Bring legacy company records into the system during implementation or staged rollout.

  1. Open Management and go to the Import Centre.
  2. Download the relevant CSV template for the department or entity you are migrating.
  3. Prepare existing company data in the template format.
  4. Upload the file and verify the imported records inside the target module.
  • Supports end-to-end migration for multiple departments
  • Useful for preserving historical records during onboarding
  • Reduces manual re-entry during implementation

OTP-Protected Actions (Financial and Sensitive Updates)

Sensitive updates require email OTP verification before they are saved.

For additional protection, high-impact actions now use a 4-digit OTP challenge delivered to your email.

No data change is committed until the correct OTP is entered. If validation fails, restart the action with a new OTP.

  1. Click Save on a protected action.
  2. Check email for the 4-digit OTP.
  3. Enter OTP in the popup modal.
  4. Submit to complete change, or cancel to discard.
  • Applies to sensitive finance and procurement write actions
  • Applies to salesperson status/commission edits
  • Applies to recording commission payouts
  • OTP expires quickly and is single-use
